For our Christmas get-together, the noisy team swapped project work for a shared cooking challenge. Small teams took on different recipes for the group meal.
There were tasks to divide, ideas to try and a table to get ready. A different way to work together, and a chance to enjoy each other’s company away from the usual routine.
