A picture fixes the viewpoint. A spatial experience asks what happens when you move, look around or inspect a detail. That difference was behind our experiments with Apple Vision Pro in 2024.
At noisy, we were exploring another way to present projects: one that changes the relationship between the person looking and the space being designed. The device mattered less than the conversation it could open about scale, movement and experience.
Start with what someone needs to understand
Every project calls for choices about what to show and how to make it clear. A spatial view can sit alongside drawings, images and models; its value depends on the content and the experience built around it.
This article records that period of exploration. The technology moves on. The question remains: how can we help someone understand an idea before it is built?
