HousinGo’s brief for SIMA 2024 was specific: present the company as a gateway to Madrid’s Salamanca district. noisySTUDIO used the Puerta de Alcalá as a reference to give that idea a physical form.
The stand became a place to discover the property consultancy’s offer and talk to its team. A recognisable part of Madrid connected the location, the brand and the service in a single architectural gesture.
Give the conversation a setting
The design needed to make HousinGo visible while leaving room for personal conversations about property. The reference gave visitors a way into the story; the team took it from there.
